Full
Day: Salzburg A chance to explore the Alpine city of Mozart and the setting for The Sound of Music. There’s much to see and do, including the World Heritage Site old town, the beautiful Mirabell gardens and imposing Hohensalzburg Fortress, as well as an optional guided walking tour. Full Day: Innsbruck & Vipiteno First stop is the small charming city of Innsbruck, capital of the Tyrol and set at the foot of the stunning Alps. There is a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants to sample as well as much impressive architecture to admire, including the famous Golden Roof. A drive over the stunning Brenner Pass takes us to the pretty Italian town of Vipiteno in the beautiful Süd Tyrol, or South Tyrol. Half Day: Rattenberg & Swarovski Crystal A chance to visit one of the most popular attractions in Austria, the Swarovski Crystal World, before heading to the colourful medieval town of Ratternburg, which is famous for its glassware and has an abundance of crystal glass shops. |
