Day 5 Venice (optional) An early start today for Venice. In this romantic city, Byzantine and Renaissance culture and architecture are combined throughout the 118 islands. See the Bridge of Sighs, St. Mark’s Square, the Doges’ Palace and the Rialto Bridge. |
Day 6 Lake Garda (included) South to the largest of the Italian lakes, Lake Garda and the principal town on its northern shore, Riva del Garda. Whilst at the lake enjoy an optional short panoramic cruise. |
Day 7 Merano (included) Why not join our morning excursion to the pleasant spa town of Merano. Today is also market day in the town. |
| Your Hotels |
You will stay for six nights
at the friendly, family run 3-star Lady Maria Hotel, ideally
located in the mountain village of Fondo, close to Lake Smeraldo
(the emerald lake). The hotel has a lift, bar and restaurant.
All bedrooms have T.V., telephone, hairdryer and safety deposit
box. Alternatively you may be accommodated at the sister hotel,
the Hotel Panorama in neighbouring Malosco. Both hotels are
owned by the Bonvicin family, who have been welcoming Leger
guests for many years. Overnight stays in Belgium are in city-style hotels. |

20 miles of one of our joining points, we will collect you
from your home and take you to one of our local joining
points, then return you to your home at the end of your
