BY COACH DAYS 1 to 6 Let the holiday begin as we journey north up to the Gairloch Hotel which will be our base for the next six nights. |
DAY 7
to 8 Our holiday draws to a close as we head back home, staying overnight in a carefully chosen hotel on the way – a lovely way to round off a memorable holiday. |
BY AIR DAYS 1 to 7 Simply make your own way to your chosen airport for your flight to Inverness and once in Inverness you’ll be met by a Shearings representative. This is where the holiday really begins as we take you to Gairloch, our holiday base for the next seven nights. |
DAY 8 After breakfast we bid farewell to Gairloch as we set off back to Inverness airport to catch our flight back home with holiday memories to cherish. |

Full Day: We’re off to the Isle of Skye today via
the bridge– the perfect chance to appreciate
the beautiful scenery and wildlife. We then round
the day off with a visit to Portree, one of
Scotland’s most attractive fishing villages. Full Day: The lovely Inverewe Gardens are our first port of call, before we set off on a sightseeing exploration past Gruinard Bay, along Destitution Road before reaching Corrieshalloch Gorge and the popular fishing port of Ullapool. Full Day: A trip to the Highland Wineries at Moniack Castle is on today’s agenda followed by a scenic drive through Glen Convinth to Drumnadrochit, on Loch Ness. The day draws to a close with a visit to the ‘capital of the Highlands’, Inverness. |
